1ST COURSE

GOLDEN CROQUETTE

Buttery white Manchego cheese melting on top of a creamy sunchoke + potato roll, with a pumpkin seed salsa that gives it a spicy crunch.

2ND COURSE

BIRD’S NEST

Silky poached quail egg running over a fresh seared scallop that rests in a nest of shredded potato. Set on top of a wild mushroom spread infused with truffle essence. 

An Imaginative and indulgent introduction to Autumn

3RD COURSE

HERBAL GRANITA

Sweet + semi-frozen palate cleanser brightened with cucumber and lemon-verbena leaves. Served over an apple cider puree to bring balance. 

A light + refreshing nod to the orchard.

4TH COURSE

BEEF CHEEK

Boneless beef slow-braised in saffron, pomegranate and warm spices. Served over creamy couscous pasta with roasted carrots, candied walnuts, and a bright bone marrow-herb sauce. 

Deeply savory + soul-warming. Inspired by the traditional Moroccan dish called Tagine.

5TH COURSE

PEAR PASTRY

Warm pear and walnut Tart. Served with a whipped goat cheese ice cream that we drizzle with black pepper–infused honey. 

Sweet, savory, and just a little spiced.
